As assistant director at Open House Ministries, a joint ministry of CBF and CBF of Florida, Crowley manages programs for children and youth and assists with the center’s clothing and food ministries. Open House ministers to the marginalized people living in poverty in Homestead, Fla., many who have immigrated from Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.

 

“I engage in full-time missions because I want others to experience the abundant life of Christ,” Crowley said. “I want each person I encounter to realize that they, too have a place at God’s table. No one is excluded. I engage in full-time missions because, in light of what Jesus has done for me, I have no choice. It is the passion of my heart.”
