Prayer Calendar 2008-2009

  • This unit suggests distributing coin wrappers for children to collect coins to support CBF's work among the Romany. Consider making this a church-wide project by including Hungarian food during a church meal (choose a recipe or two from page 44) and presenting some information about the Romany before distributing coin wrappers. Allow the children in your group to present the collection during a worship service at the end of the month. Send the offering to Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, P.O. Box 101699, Atlanta, GA, 30392. Designate it for the Offering for Global Missions which supports field personnel and the ministry of those working with the Romany.
