This small book is a delightful modern parable of the perils of an accumulation lifestyle versus the joys of a stewardship lifestyle. It is a quick read, also available in paperback, which contains powerful wisdom for ordering one’s life and resources. It can be used as a small group study, although teaching guidelines are not available. A pastor has used the book as a thank you gift for faithful givers in the congregation. A minister of administration bought 20 copies and started them on a “reading circuit”. As soon as a member has read her copy, she signs her name and then passes the book along to someone who has not yet read it.
