The Maases serve as directors of the Belize Baptist Training Center, overseeing the daily management of the center. Located in Camelote, a small village outside the capital city of Belmopan, the center hosts mission teams, pastor training events and Vacation Bible School. The center partners with the Belize Baptist Association to support local churches.

“I want to be engaged in God’s work with all that I have in me,” Julie said. “I feel I need to be doing more than just writing checks. Eric and I have been so blessed in our lives that we want to give of ourselves 200 percent by sharing the love of Christ in helping those in need with our hands and hearts.”
