Poverty and Transformation Ministries

In a rural Arkansas community, an orphanage in the Ukraine and a village in Thailand, Fellowship partner churches are joining with CBF field personnel to help alleviate poverty. Each year, hundreds of congregations traveled to these places and others around the world to engage in hands-on missions. The trips are short-term experiences, but for an increasing number of congregations, their mission engagement and commitment to fighting poverty is long term. As CBF field personnel, partner churches and organizations working together they form a network dedicated to addressing the systematic causes of poverty.
