Fellowship people seek to be the presence of Christ by offering spiritual and physical healing. They are ministering among among those affected by HIV/AIDS, malaria and other diseases. They are also providing training and education to medical workers in places such as Haiti and Africa.
”When Jesus healed, he did not do so from a distance,” said Tori Wentz,a registered nurse and one of CBF's field personnel. "He reached out and touched [people], even those considered outcasts. That is the focus of my ministry … being the presence of Christ to those who fear that God might not want to have anything to do with them.”
