Gifts that Support Poverty and Transformation Ministries

“You shall love your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:39).

1.2 billion people live on $1 a day or less. When you give, you facilitate clean water projects, care for children in poverty-stricken communities and alleviate hunger. Join the journey to eliminate poverty and transform lives.

$25.00 supports the Fellowship’s most pressing poverty and transformation ministry needs.

Food for the Hungry

When Jesus saw a crowd of hungry people, he had compassion on them and told his disciples to feed them. When you give, you enable CBF field personnel to provide for this most basic human need.

$100.00 provides food for a month for a family of four in need in Macedonia, where CBF field personnel Alicia and Jeff Lee minister.

$25.00 provides an emergency food box for a struggling Roma Gypsy family living in eastern Europe, where CBF field personnel Ralph and Tammy Stocks minister.

$20.00 provides a meal to a migrant or migrant family living in poverty in Belgium, where Janee Angel – one of CBF’s field personnel – shares Christ’s love.

$15.00 provides a 50 lb. bag of rice for a refugee family resettling in Texas, where Karen Morrow – one of CBF’s field personnel – ministers.

$7.00 provides a sack of potatoes for a poor African immigrant living in Spain, where CBF field personnel Joel and Tiffne Whitley minister.

Food for Children

You can help provide this most basic need for children.

$1.25 provides food for one child for one day at a school where CBF field personnel Alicia and Jeff Lee work with children living in poverty in Skopje, Macedonia.

$10.00 provides a meal for an orphan in Lebanon, where CBF field personnel Chaouki and Maha Boulos minister.

$15.00 provides a month of meals and simple education for children in Southeast Asia whose parents are at-risk of or have been deported, leaving their children homeless.

$15.00 provides a lunch for one month for a child in Slovakia, where CBF field personnel Dianne and Shane McNary minister.

Clothes

In Matthew 25, Jesus compels his disciples to clothe the naked. A simple item of clothing helps children around the world.

$10.00 provides warm socks, gloves and a hat for a Roma (Gypsy) student at the Ruth School in Romania, where CBF field personnel Ralph and Tammy Stocks minister.

$20.00 provides a blanket for a Dom orphan

$10.00 provides a shirt and pants for CBF field personnel Gennady and Mina Podgaisky to give to an orphan or runaway child who lives on the streets of Kiev, Ukraine.

$25.00 provides clothes for a child at an orphanage in Lebanon, where CBF field personnel Chaouki and Maha Boulos minister.

Support a Child in Need

Will you care for children as Jesus did?

$75.00 provides an inner-city child with four brand new gifts chosen by their parents at the Christmas Store of Touching Miami with Love, where CBF field personnel Angel and Jason Pittman minister.

$25.00 provides a month of food, clothes, shelter and medical care for a child living at Banjara Gypsy Children’s Home, where CBF field personnel Eddie and Macarena Aldape minister.

Camps for Children and Teenagers

Jesus loved and welcomed children, and you can, too, by making an investment in the life of a child or teenager.

$70.00 provides a 2-day conference for children in Lebanon, who are able to learn Bible stories, verses and songs at this ministry of CBF field personnel Chaouki and Maha Boulos.

$2,500.00 sponsors one child in year-round children’s programming at Touching Miami with Love, where CBF field personnel Angel and Jason Pittman minister.

$130.00 provides a week-long spring break camp for one inner-city teenager at Touching Miami with Love, where CBF field personnel Angel and Jason Pittman minister.

Water

After a long journey, Jesus sat by a well and asked a Samaritan woman for water. Yet, around the world, as many as 1.1 billion people still don’t have clean, safe access to water.

$25.00 provides access to clean water for one person for five years in Ethiopia, where David Harding – one of CBF’s field personnel – partners to drill water wells.

$500.00 provides a water well for a rural village in India, where Sam Bandela – one of CBF’s field personnel – ministers.
