Get involved at the Assembly

Choir
Fellowship Baptists from around the country are invited to sing in a mass choir during general worship sessions on Thursday and Friday evening. To sign up or to get more information, contact Donna Gosser. Upon signing up, you will receive music and rehearsal information.

Volunteers
It takes a lot of volunteers to create a successful General Assembly experience. There is a need for ushers, hospitality volunteers, communion servers and registration workers.  If you'd like to help serve communion Friday evening, contact Martha Strong. For more information about other ways to volunteer, contact Ray Higgins. Let us know where you would like to help: registration, information stations, or ushering.

Children's and youth assembly workers
While the General Assembly is happening, children and youth have special age-specific programming. To serve as a children's assembly volunteer, contact Phillip Moody. Please indicate the age range you prefer to work with - babies and toddlers, preschoolers or grade-school children. To serve as a youth assembly volunteer, contact Naomi Brown.

Children's assembly supplies needed
If you or your church can allow CBF to borrow these items during the Assembly, please contact Phillip Moody. The supplies needed are: two cribs, four baby swings, two bouncy seats, two TVs and DVD players, balls, small cones, one diaper changing table and four rocking chairs.
