August’s Ministry Focus: Serving internationals in Mississippi

In Starkville, Miss., Diana Bridges is following a call to missions that began at the age of 13. Bridges, one of CBF’s field personnel, reaches out to internationals in the community and at the local college, Mississippi State. For a small college community, Starkville has a substantial international population of approximately 1,000 individuals. Mississippi State has more than 600 international students from more than 70 countries. Through English classes, Bible studies, after-school programs and various other ministries, Bridges seeks to be the welcoming presence of Christ to internationals.
